What employers see

Employers see a verdict and its reasons. Faces, ID numbers and other employers' records never reach them.

What an employer sees

  • Everything the candidate sent with the application.
  • The verdict, such as Verified or Needs review, with its reasons.
  • A summary of how the form was filled in, in numbers only.
  • Rough location from the network: country, region, city and time zone, the browser, and for 90 days the IP address.
  • An ID photo the candidate chose to send for review, until a reviewer decides or 30 days pass.

What an employer never sees

  • Face images, video or face data. None of it is stored.
  • The ID document number, or the name as read from the ID.
  • Which keys were pressed, or any keystroke or mouse trail. These are never collected.
  • Another employer's candidates. The fraud network returns counts, with no names or employer names.

In the employer's ATS

When the employer uses Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever or Workable, the ATS receives the verdict as a tag and one fixed sentence as a note, or only one of them if the employer chooses. No reasons, scores, ID images or documents.
