Applications

Candidates apply without an account. Each application is scored the moment it arrives.

The form

Name and email are required; phone, LinkedIn and website are optional; then your questions. A résumé is required unless the candidate gives a LinkedIn URL instead or you marked it optional. Files up to 8 MB in PDF, Word, RTF, Pages or text, checked by their contents, not their name.

Duplicates

One application per email per job. A repeat shows the normal confirmation and writes nothing. When the email matches someone already in your workspace but the sender has not proved they own it, Elsin keeps it apart as a possible duplicate until the candidate confirms it in their portal.

AI agents and held applications

Agents cannot be told apart reliably, so the policy covers every application, for the workspace or per job: let them in, hold each until the candidate confirms a person is applying, or hold each until they verify. Held applications wait under Waiting for the candidate, outside the pipeline, and a recruiter can let any of them in.

Limits

Per hour: 20 applications from one network address, 8 from one email, and 30 résumé uploads from one address.

Adding candidates yourself

Add a candidate by hand from a résumé, or import a CSV of up to 2,000 rows and 5 MB. A CSV needs an email, phone or LinkedIn column, shows a preview, and merges into existing candidates without overwriting anything.
