Invite your team

Invite colleagues by email and give each a role that matches what they do in hiring.

Roles

Owner: Everything. Only an owner can change or remove another owner, and the last owner cannot leave.
Admin: Everything else: members, integrations, billing, approval chains and offer templates.
Recruiter: Jobs, candidates, the pipeline, scheduling, offers, messages, analytics and review decisions.
Interviewer: Their interviews and scorecards. They can see candidates and add notes. Review, Offers and Analytics are not in their menu.

Sending invites

Open Settings, then Members, and choose Invite.
Paste up to 25 addresses and pick a role: Admin, Recruiter or Interviewer. Owner cannot be invited.
Elsin shows how many seats your plan has left before you send.

An invite link lasts 14 days. It must be accepted by an account with the same email address. You can resend, copy or revoke it; resending or copying makes a new link and the old one stops working.

Seats count members plus open invites. An invite stops using a seat once it is accepted, revoked or expired, and re-inviting someone already invited takes no new seat. When the plan is full, new invites are refused until you free a seat or upgrade.
