The pipeline

Stages

New jobs start with Applied, Screen, Interview, Offer and Hired, or your own default of 2 to 12 stages set in Settings, Pipeline. Each job can then rename, reorder, add or remove its own, up to 20. A stage with people in it cannot be removed.

Moving people

• Drag a card, or press Alt and the left or right arrow. X selects a card.
• Moving into an interview stage opens scheduling. Moving into an offer stage opens a new offer. Moving into Hired marks the application hired.
• Moving into an interview, assessment or offer stage also sends the shortlist check, if it is on.
• In each column, whoever has waited longest is on top. The board shows up to 500 cards; search finds the rest.

Bulk actions

Select up to 100 people to move or decline. Declining needs a reason: not a fit, experience, role filled, did not respond, withdrew, or other with a note. The decline email can wait 1, 24 or 48 hours so you can undo it, and declined people can be brought back.

Verified only

Turn on Verified only and verified people come first, with everyone else in a Not yet verified group below: checked on device, low risk, unverified, then flagged. Nobody is hidden or removed. Your default is set in Settings, Trust policy.
